This is not about sexual preferences, but linking a social status, a subculture and a set of behaviours with an specific race, something that is racist by definition. However, I think the greatest problem of the sexual attraction based on stereotypes is that any stereotype is a false or oversimplified image of a human community. It is not something real, or has undesired "side components".
When I was in UK I dated several guys and I found obvious that their idea about the Spanish women is based on cliches. Some expected a brunette with dark eyes (most of the Spaniards are brown haired), passional, spicy and craving to "take care" of her man. I think many white Anglos like Asian or Hispanic women because they are tired of feminism and look for a traditional female role. Some of the guys I dated had insane expectations, like the hope that I would wash the dishes or clean his flat first. In short, they wanted a devoted whore in the bedroom an the perfect housewife outside it. Maybe in 1945 they would be successful, but in 2018 I wouldn't bet on it. The woman they were looking for does not exist.
Throughout my professional life, I have seen many girls attracted to the class thug, because he is a male model that makes them feel safer, but this attraction only convert them into easy meat for domestic abusers. The thug of the movies or video clips has little to do with the real one.
The same happens with the expectations of many women of finding a Dom after reading 50 Shades of Grey, written by a bored housewife after a brief research on Wikipedia. In my opinion, many modern women are frustrated with their sentimental and sexual life simply because they have unreal expectations based not on their life experience, but on magazines for women, romantic novels and movies, porn intended for men, and postmodern feminism.
