Does it need to have a special symbol, like a spade or infinity, or does any anklet imply hotwife status. Etsy people are selling anklets with the wife’s name on them as hotwife anklets.

I’m going to get one, and I’d like to know what qualifies!

Anklets for Hotwifing usually say HotWife. Spade signals preference to black men. Depends what you are into...look for the symbol that speaks to it.
