Just my thoughts but I think after having an account after 30 days it should be mandatory to be verified #realpeopleonly

Why not asking for verification to sign up? I would never verify, as I'm not in the site to date, but to talk, and I can see a fake or a crappy thread miles away, but anyone can see how long I've been in the site, check my previous posts, messages, debates, and make a judgement.
But in 30 days, you'll still have tons of people signing with burner accounts and mails and just flooding the site with trash, as it is Today. Most trash account already last less than 30 days.
I think that ****** verification removes the value of the site as forum, but If that is the way to go, then it has to be a requirement to sign up to make any difference, as waiting to do so will be outing out those who actually have interest in participating in forums in a civilized way while creating no problem for the people that just puts junk in the site.
