i think you underestimate the difference between a single Woman wanting dick and a Woman in a relationship, married or not, wanting dick that is not her partner's.
Then think of factors like upbringing, religious background, established societal conventions of her community, etc. There is a lot which has the potential of keeping a Woman from going through with it even if she would like to have that experience.
