I'm seeing a lot of women talk about equality yet call themselves a QoS. But hey it's acceptable right??

It's probably along the lines of African Americans taking the N-word back for themselves and only among themselves. Truthfully it allows white women (and bi/gay men as Jack's of Spades) to signal black men their sexual availability and their ( as white people) acceptance of interracial sexuality and typically sexual submission to black men (and possibly women). This symbol signal is subtle enough to pass by most still racist people. However, when permanently tattooed on one's body in a conspicuous place, it's definitely a demonstration of acceptance of racial submission for the formerly ruling white race giving power to the formerly subjugated black race. There is a much longer history of white women dynamics with black men than can be discussed with just a tattoo symbol...

But there is no equivalent of any symbol going the other way even with more black women finally embracing the interracial swirl of dating and marrying white men. This is probably because of the baggage of white men with black women history within the institution that was human slavery in western cultures.
