  • President Donald Trump made multiple racist remarks in private in the past 12 years, according to his former lawyer Michael Cohen.
  • Cohen said Trump called African-Americans as "too stupid" to support him, said black people were terrible political leaders, and said he picked a white winner on "The Apprentice" because the other finalist was black.

President Donald Trump's former personal lawyer Michael Cohen said Trump repeatedly made racist remarks in the years he's known him.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, Cohen said Trump called African-Americans "too stupid to vote" for him during his 2016 presidential campaign, said every country with a black leader was a "s---hole," and explained his choice of winner for the first season of "The Apprentice" by saying he couldn't let a "black f-gg-t win."


Cohen worked for Trump as a personal lawyer between 2006 and May 2018. The earliest time he told Vanity Fair he heard Trump make racist remarks was in the late 2000s, when the two were discussing his NBC show "The Apprentice."
Cohen asked Trump why he picked Bill Rancic, who is white, over Kwame Jackson, who is black and who graduated from Harvard's business school.

Trump said it's because Jackson was African-American, and used a homophobic slur to describe him.


"There's no way I can let this black f-- win," Trump said, according to Cohen.
On another occasion, Cohen says two were talking after Nelson Mandela's death in 2013 and Trump disparaged all counties and cities led by black people.
"[Trump] said to me, 'Name one country run by a black person that's not a s---hole,' and then he added, 'Name one city,'" Cohen recalled.
The comments were later echoed during Trump's presidency, when he described Haiti and African countries as "s---holes" in a meeting with Nigeria's president.

And during the 2016 election, Cohen observed that the crowd was mostly white. Trump used the opportunity to disparage African-Americans.


"That's because black people are too stupid to vote for me," Cohen recalls Trump saying.

On another occasion, in the late 2000s, Cohen said Trump criticized African-Americans for living in "a rougher neighborhood" in Chicago.
"We were going from the airport to the hotel, and we drove through what looked like a rougher neighborhood. Trump made a comment to me, saying that only the blacks could live like this," Cohen said.

In addition to being Trump's personal counsel for 12 years, Cohen also served as a vice-president of the Trump Organization and worked on many of Trump's various other companies and operations. He was also the deputy finance chairman of the Republican National Committee between 2017 and 2018.


Cohen is engaged in a legal tangle with the president following a federal investigation that blossomed after he made hush-money payments to Stormy Daniels, an adult film actress who says she had an affair with Trump in 2006. Cohen pled guilty to campaign-finance violations related to the probe in August and said Trump personally directed the payment. Trump has distanced himself from Cohen.

Cohen told Vanity Fair he's speaking up about Trump now — and supporting Democrats in the midterm elections— because he wanted to offer voters more evidence of Trump's character. He reportedly used similar reasoning when deciding to plead guilty to his campaign finance violations. According to the Wall Street Journal, Cohen's ******* told him he didn't survive the Holocaust for Trump to ruin his name.

Cohen is reportedly cooperating with investigators in the Southern District of New York, the office of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and New York State for various investigations into Trump's personal and political life. He faces sentencing in December.

I have reluctantly concluded, however, that, for me and my family, this is not the right time for me to leave the private sector and take on a new role in the federal government."
Conway went on to clarify: "Kellyanne and I continue to support the President and his administration, and I look forward to doing so in whatever way I can from outside the government."

The Washington Post reported that Conway considered the role, but was scared off by Trump's firing of FBI Director James Comey and the aftermath that ensued.

In a Washington Post article about the couple, the Conways lamented the effect their political division was having on their marriage.

Kellyanne told Post reporter Ben Terris that George's tweeting was "disrespects his wife."
George said he was "saddened by how things turned out" with the administration and that he regretted initially introducing Kellyanne to Trump.

"I feel there's a part of him that thinks I chose Donald Trump over him," Kellyanne said. "Which is ridiculous. One is my work and one is my marriage."

In a Washington Post op-ed, Conway and his co-author Neal Katyal wrote that Trump's plan to get rid of birthright citizenship in the US "would be unconstitutional and would certainly be challenged."

According to Conway, "the challengers would undoubtedly win."
Conway and Katyal point out that the right to citizenship is written into the 14th Amendment:

"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States" — except in two cases: children of "alien enemies in hostile occupation" and the children of foreign diplomats.
To change this, they argue that you'd need a Constitutional Amendment.

It would be great to see a free education grant given to those red rural so they can enlighten their minds to think critically for themselves and reject the ideologue propaganda of fear and race-baiting appeals to their darker angels.

Then you would see alot more people's eyes be open to the lies and real 'Fake News' purported as 'Real News' such as a caravan of George Soros paid for refugees trying to invade America false narrative and how the tax break added no more than $7 to $99 for an AVG american's paycheck who make under $100K a year where the majority fall. Trump is a liar, a CON artist, a demagoue and the tide has shifted in the halls of power to where the gavel will now be used to place more checks and balances and expose the dirt he has tried to keep hidden for so long.

There will be enough to bring up impeachment hearings against him as Clinton was impeached for far less crimes (perjury & obstruction) than what Trump will be found guilty of.

The CNN poll you copy/pasted actually says only 39% support impeaching Trump, not 40%. Ignoring that convenient rounding...being a typical Communist News Network poll, they've purposely oversampled democrats in the poll which is obvious from the question right next to impeachment regarding who should control the house. The poll was skewed about 52% democrat and only 44% republican.

The wayback machine works wonders for those who want to find actual facts. Multiple polls at the time of Clinton's impeachment showed 40%+ of the people supported impeaching him. For example:

In addition to being Trump's personal counsel for 12 years, Cohen also served as a vice-president of the Trump Organization and worked on many of Trump's various other companies and operations. He was also the deputy finance chairman of the Republican National Committee between 2017 and 2018.


Cohen is engaged in a legal tangle with the president following a federal investigation that blossomed after he made hush-money payments to Stormy Daniels, an adult film actress who says she had an affair with Trump in 2006. Cohen pled guilty to campaign-finance violations related to the probe in August and said Trump personally directed the payment. Trump has distanced himself from Cohen.

Cohen told Vanity Fair he's speaking up about Trump now — and supporting Democrats in the midterm elections— because he wanted to offer voters more evidence of Trump's character. He reportedly used similar reasoning when deciding to plead guilty to his campaign finance violations. According to the Wall Street Journal, Cohen's ******* told him he didn't survive the Holocaust for Trump to ruin his name.

Cohen is reportedly cooperating with investigators in the Southern District of New York, the office of Special Counsel Robert Mueller, and New York State for various investigations into Trump's personal and political life. He faces sentencing in December.

If Obama ran again he would be soundly defeated by Trump.
 
Being impeached and removed from office are two different things. With Trumps popularity at about 50%, the rational members of the house will refuse to impeach him. Especially now that we are getting closer to 2020. The Senate flat out will not remove him from office. Period. They know that unless a large majority of Americans back them on removal, the backlash would be violent. It would be the start of another American civil war part deaux. And since in politics, turn about is fair play, I wouldnt doubt for a second that in the future, a Democrat president would suffer the same fate.
