Keeping fit

To take care of your body and your health, what do you do? Open to everybody!

I teach yoga. So that's a big factor. Upper and lower body workout one each per week. Do more outdoor activities in the warmer months (running, biking). Diet obviously is very important. Quite a bit of poultry and pasta, more seafood, adding fruits & vegetables.
Jiu jitsu and Gym and improved diet

Running (with a lot of interval sprints), Barre, and HIIT stuff, here. Its not so fun at home alone though - agree with the OPs - I miss the fun and motivation of the classes

I prefer team sports as a way of staying active but given the current times I had to adjust and I'm now a fan of almost daily morning yoga sessions.
Pre pandemic: times Mostly weight training, running and playing soccer. Some paddle tennis, beach volley, swimming, cycling, running, hiking.
Pandemic times: Mostly yoga, running & body weigh training. Some trail running, hiking and cycling.

Above all, if staying fit is also a good looking tight and toned body, then you should add a weight of ~60% of the expected outcome to your diet.
