Keeping fit

I just got a bike a month ago and am making plans to ride nightly. I also train in a full-contact, bare-knuckle form of karate. Walking around my neighborhood is also a good form of exercise.
 
I've worked out five days a week for decades, but since crossing the line on 60, I eat smaller portions; I eat less sweets especially. It's true what actor Michael Douglas said: After you finish your workout when you're young you say, "That was invigorating!" When you finish your workout when you're older you say, "I'm glad that's over with." 🤣:LOL:
