I just watched the latest version of Naked & Afraid with a good-looking African-American stud and a gorgeous-young woman. They appeared close and she was saying that she couldn't stop shaking and I wondered how entertaining would it be if they allowed the contestants to have sex.

I agree! I watched it for the first time on Sunday but it might have been originally aired two weeks ago. It's called "Thieves in the Night" with Steve and Ava.
