When it comes to pictures and videos first thing nobody should allow themselves to ever be photographed or filmed if the material getting out some day someway somehow in the future is a concern!

Also if you take any pictures or videos with someone other than yourself in them then you should be willing and able to share that material with that someone or you shouldn't be taking any pictures and videos of other people!
