So a white man and a white woman get married. The white bride consummates her nuptials with a black Bull how is this a legal marriage? Could the husband that is probably in chastity sew for annulment??

But to answer the OP's question, I would enter into a prenup that clearly states that:

1) Husband's inability to perform does not nullify the marriage.
2) Husband's inability to consumate the marriage does not nullify the marriage.
3) Wife's extramarital relations, including sexual relations do not nullify the marriage.
