In my experience yes black men are bigger and lots more girthIn term of penis size, I always assumed so based on personal interactions and pictures.
In my mind and how it appears is that black men have the biggest penises on average and black woman have the biggest thighs, butt, breasts, white people are in the middle and asian people are the opposite.

Thinking this just as a possibility, but perhaps black men that make themselves available as "bulls" do it because they realize they have the "larger tool" that a woman is looking for. If they don't have that larger tool size, they may not make themselves available in the lifestyle. Whereas, a white guy isn't necessarily stereotyped as having the big tool, so average guys are willing to put themselves out there because the expectation is lower.

You see, at this time the only answer one would get is only from personal experience, which, even if this raises curiosity and can be the start of digging deep into the matter to get answers, it still is subjective.
