Do you not realize the supreme court declaring interracial marriage illegal is insane. Do you not realize a sitting judge is in a inter-rational marriage. One against, the other judges who might even consider such a thing need his vote as in Roe Vs Wade. Think that's likely if they voted to make him a criminal. They need his vote for a majority.
