Would you risk jail for interracial sex?

So with the Supreme Court ruling, some republicans are trying to undo a lot of things. Now some want to undo interracial marriage and by extension interracial dating in republican states.
so question would you risk breaking state law or would you travel/move to a state where it’s would be legal? 698BD272-AA15-4E84-8A63-40AA53A23AD9.jpeg

What would that say to biracial people? You would literally be marginalizing a whole ethnicity of people in this country and practically calling their existence illegal!

Biracial doesn't just mean black and white! I guarantee you that there are more white and Asian biracials in America than black and white!

Also there are more than 2 million adult black women in the black community than adult black men so if anything you would almost be guaranteeing that black men would be allowed to have a harem by outlawing interracial marriage because 2 million plus black women are not going to marry each other!🤷

Rumors by the far-left & racist whites, Billscribe. No use pushing issues that haven't happened, we all have enough on our plates right now. If you want to help turn things around, get out and encourage black people to show up at the polls and tell them to bring their friends. The racist whites are responding out of "fear" created within their own damn party. They want unrest, polarization, etc because they are fearful of losing control of government as their party becomes marginalized.
Just encourage your friends & family to get out and vote in November. Please!

What a stupid hyperbolic post. You are aware that justice Thomas is married to a white woman. Stop just stop

It’s almost as if the term “marginalized” the left has been crying about is being used against whites lol and is “ok” now lol. Man lefties are some of the most unhinged people. Nothing you said is factual, the rino repubs and the left are one party. If you are upset about the current ruling then be upset with RBG because Obama asked here to retire and she refused, by now the left would have had 2 more left leaning justices. The reality is, the federal government should not be dictating what you can and can’t do with your body, these arguments and laws should be left up to the states and that’s basically what the ruling is, giving back power to the people in those states. No one is losing power, you and I are losing power. People like you use the state to punish your opponents. You are in terms a statist. Let the states figure this stuff out. Also, as I mentioned, stop the hyperbole, justice Thomas along with many republicans and democrat politicians are in interracial marriages, that ******* ain’t going anywhere and if it did, it would probably turn you on more when you are cucking it out lol

Funny how Clarence Thomas mentions changing the substantive decisions, i.e. birth control, gay marriage but NOT Loving v. Virginia. His marriage to his Qanon whack-a-doodle PAWG wife would be illegal. People who live in glass houses...

Would I risk jail for interracial sex? In my youth I did. jail would have been preferable to some of the other options especially in southern states. Three young Black men were murdered because they whistled at a white woman. Back then bigots in bedsheets killed a lot of innocent Black folks. Now we are killing each other. There is a lot of hyperbola about how things are going to get worse but it is from people that didn't live through the 1960''s and 70's. The country is far from perfect but it is a Hell of lot better than it was 50 years ago/

Curious as to the intent behind your thread. Is it the work of a raciest attempting to incite more trouble between citizens . Is it the ramblings of a terribly uninformed mind. Do you not realize the supreme court declaring interracial marriage illegal is insane. Do you not realize a sitting judge is in a inter-rational marriage. One against, the other judges who might even consider such a thing need his vote as in Roe Vs Wade. Think that's likely if they voted to make him a criminal. They need his vote for a majority.

Braun claims he misunderstood the question. Here is the transcript from the video interview, judge for yourself:
REPORTER: "You would be okay with the Supreme Court leaving the issue of interracial marriage to the states?"
SEN. MIKE BRAUN (R-IN): "Yes. If you are not wanting the Supreme Court to weigh in on issues like that, you are not going to be able to have your cake and eat it too."
