How about a "theme night" in the field of "selective swinging"? The event will be hosted at a regular Swingers' Club by an external event organizer who is renting the location just for that night and purpose.
All pre-registered participants get 10% off and a guarantee for fund returns in case the event won't come to pass due to a lack of interest. For the rest (ad-hoc participants / late night bookers) entrance is not guaranteed as there will be a predefined Women-to-men/males ratio: For each Woman attending another four Black men and two white males will be accepted.
No money will pass for any sexual act but only for the opportunity to take part in the event (= for the location) as entrance fees. Pricing will be as follows (just a readjustable suggestion

late bookings / pre-orders
120 / 108 "bucks" for a white male,
60 / 54 "bucks" for a Woman and
30 / 27 "bucks" for a Black man;
with discounts for couples (150 "bucks" for a couple with a white male partner, 75 "bucks" for a Woman with a Black man)
One aperitif (welcome *******) per participant, water and towels are included.
ONLY persons with current negative STD/STI tests will be accepted as participants!
There will be a pre-event (welcoming phase), an after party and, of course, a main event - all organized in time slices and two "stages" (separate playgrounds/floors) with different themes, each...
8 p.m. to 9 p.m. - main entrance
8:30 to 9:30 - aperitifs and getting-to-know-each-other phase (clothed)
Locker rooms for changing will be open from 9 p.m., the main events will start at 10 p.m.
first phase (10 p.m. - 12 a.m.):
stage one: "Gentleman's Club" (for erotic Black&white encounters and voyeurs who appreciate those; white males keep their clothes on.)
stage two: "Gangbang Queens and wankers" (the "rougher side of town"; it is allowable for white males to wank but the motto still is watching, no touching!)
second phase (12 a.m - 2 a.m.)
stage one: "Nuts & Pies" (for Women and Black men who love barebacking; for white males who love eating a good creampie - but white penises stay covered!)
stage two: "Everything Goes / Listen and Learn!" (Women and Black men are encouraged to make all their fantasies come true in this moral-free zone; this also serves as a refuge for Women who do not wish to physically participate with white males as those do not take part but will be hidden behind a curtain instead, enabled to listen to the lustful encounters but not to watch let alone touch.)
after party (2 a.m. to 3 a.m.)
stage one: "Lady and Knight reunite!" (This is an opportunity for those who came as couples to finally have their one-on-one time of reclaiming and rebonding.)

Participants are strongly encouraged to stick to the themes! Everybody is free to switch stages, go to the bar for snacks or drinks, to the locker rooms, showers or leave at any point.
Warning: This is a no-drama event! Anybody who starts a fight, argument or any other sort of drama will immediately be expelled and banned from the event and potentially from any future event as well!

i think it is legal in the U.S. to host a themed party in a club for a consenting adult community. Or am i wrong?
