There is a bar and a nice sitting area near the lobby and a restaurant. This is a complete hotel takeover, therefore you have the entire hotel to find a quiet place to talk.

Yes. Even though we have bought out the hotel you must remain covered in ALL of the hotel common spaces, including answering the door to room service. Once the dance party starts in the convention area each night at 9 pm, the convention area becomes clothing optional.But folks gotta keep their clothes on in most of it, including when room service shows up LOL
What about the pool area?
No we are not having a clothing optional pool party at this event due to it being February in Atlanta and the hotel does NOT have a heated pool. If you choose to hang out by the pool you will need to be covered.

That is new info to most if not all of us. You need to update your website and send out an email to everyone who has already booked rooms for the event. Your FAQs on the website mention the clothing optional pool party for Atlanta several times.
“What time can we check in on Thursday with a full event package?
You can arrive at the hotel as early as 1:30 pm to participate in the clothing optional pool party. Your room may or may not be ready for check in.”
“What time can we check in on Friday with a Friday/Saturday event package?
You can arrive at the hotel as early as 11:00 am to participate in the clothing optional pool party. Your room may or may not be ready for check in.”
“Where can we be clothing optional?
You can be clothing optional at the pool and convention center. You must be clothed (street legal) in all other public areas such as hotel bars, restaurant, atrium, lobby, and hallways.”
I was actually thinking about August since I will be attending in Fort Lauderdale. But now the ATL folks have some new info.
We will be playing music at the pool for people who want to mix and mingle, it will not be clothing optional. The "clothing optional" pool parties will vary from hotel to hotel.
As far as the seminars, our website states: "New seminars are being decided on now." Seminars will be available Friday and Saturday, the final itinerary will be handed out at check in. More seminars are being added as they always are at every event. There will also be some playrooms open during the day, there is a bar and restaurant onsite and you can always invite or get invited to someone's room. Whatever consenting adults choose to do at this event is up to them.
As far as the Bare Butts & Boots. If the clothing you choose will have you mostly naked then you will need to be sure to be covered leaving your room to the convention area where it is clothing optional, no there is not a "coat check" area and we are not providing robes. We are all adults and please use discretion when moving around the common hotel areas.
The hotel has two pools, one outside pool which is not heated and one indoor pool which is heated, but we are not having either pool area as clothing optional, you must at least wear a bathing suit at the pool at this event.
On your web site when you click on Atlanta shows a picture of the pool at Atlanta hotel. The caption, Clothing optional pool parties. If there was never a clothing optional pool party why is it mentioned several times on your web site?
This sounds like hotel just decided to turn off the heat in the pool because they just realized it was clothing optional. Does the hotel know the convention center is clothing optional during the events? Do we have even more surprises when we get there? In other words are we at risk of being arrested, because the hotel does not like the nudity?

Please understand that in today's world what have on your web site is a contract. We base our decision to attend the event based on what you describe on your web site. Significant last minute changes like this make you wonder what's next? We all have an investment in this. It gets very costly to make changes in reservations this late. At the very least we should have been notified of the changes months ago.
This was not a change it was a misprint on our website, it has NEVER been a "last minute" change. It was a mistake on our part which has since been corrected, we are all human and have made a mistake.

Don't overthink it guys. Splash Mocha has been doing this for several YEARS now...it's kinda silly to think you'd be "arrested". It's a great event. Just relax. You all will have a great time.
