QOS clothing/jewellery: Getting noticed.

Just want to know if men (black men) ever notice women (strangers) wearing any QOS clothing or jewellery (or tats) and, if you do, do you ever interract with them (say 'hi' or talk or more).

I have on a few occasions and I try to at least make eye contact with them. Most recently I noticed a lady out with her husband and she had a QOS tattoo on her finger and a necklace around her neck so I approached them when she looked at me and everything went well

I'm weighing it up. I don't wear any QOS stuff but I'm considering it; wondering if, in everyday life, men would notice (if they notice me first ).

I had an interview the other day and the receptionist was wearing a necklace with a small key around it. It didn't seem to have any QoS imagery but I swore to myself I'd ask her about it after my interview. Once I finished the interview, I completely forgot about asking ??

All the time I live in Cali I never saw an QOS tat or clothing. I would of said hi if I saw it.

It's still rare to see such clothing, jewelry, or tattoos in public. It seems they are generally displayed in private, at lifestyle parties and swing clubs.

I've noticed very few here in South Florida with anything noticeable referring to QOS in public, but behind closed doors. It's a different matter ?
