My suggestion was to ask to meet her during "office hours" for tutoring. It provides 1 on 1 time in a fairly private setting. Based on what I've read so far she may be conflicted about next moves (not making time for a follow-up). I agree with the idea that you may want to wait until she is no longer a professor though, but some of us are on edge waiting to read more ... lol
