Sep 26, 2017 · World Opinion of Trump and U.S. The Pew survey shows that Trump received “higher marks than Obama in only two countries: Russia and Israel.” The increase was particularly pronounced in Russia, where 53 percent of those surveyed said they had confidence in Trump. Only 11 percent had expressed confidence in Obama.

At a campaign rally in Alabama, President Donald Trump said “the world is starting to respect the United States of America again.” Surveys suggest otherwise.

The Pew Global Attitudes Project found that citizens in 35 out of 37 countries have less confidence in Trump than they did in former President Obama. In some cases, far less confidence.

For example, 86 percent of Germans said they had “a lot of confidence” or “some confidence” in Obama, but only 11 percent said the same of Trump.

Separately, the Pew Global Attitudes Project measures foreign opinion of the United States. That survey found that only two of the 37 countries have a more favorable opinion of the United States since Trump took office.

The president made his remarks about world respect at a campaign rally, which got far more media attention for his criticism of professional football players who kneel during the pregame national anthem.

For laughs say Trump is impeached and somehow he is removed from office what would happen if he is still on the ballot and got re-elected? Or similarly if somehow these impeachment proceedings continue after Trump was re-elected? What then? Would the will of the American voting populous be superceded by these proceedings? It could be a powderkeg that could create a Second Civil War?

His vice president would assume the presidency ... that's why there are rumors that Mike Pence might not be his running mate next year.
Might cause some localized disturbances around the country, but a 'civil war' ... Trump could only WISH his worthiness was at THAT LEVEL. That's exactly what the Russians would desire. Won't happen!

Really - your opinion - everyone has one.
I do NOT concur.
Sure you don't, because you refuse to allow "common sense" to enter your opinion of Trump; easier for you to simply blow it off as biased opinions & personal dislike of Trump . Trump's indebtedness is OVER $1.5 billion, a lot of that to Russia and China ... that kind of debt is NOT good to have with those people when you're not protected. Regardless of what the general election produces in 2020, he'll not always be the president. When he's NOT, if he still owes that amount of debt, he's a probably a dead man, thus prison would be preferable to him. However, they'd likely start with his family 'first' in hopes of some form of payment.

The possibility exists. There would certainly be outbreaks of street fighting. A constitutional crisis in which splits the country right down party lines, with half believing that the president, interim president, or some acting body, is illegitimate, would pit states against one another. One tense situation that devolves into battle, would be very difficult to contain.

The democrats are demonstrating a willingness to create a constitutional crisis. Fortunately our military is sworn to uphold the Constitution, not allegiance to any leader.

Rethugs, always posting crisis, blaming Dem's of events, they themselves, desire to happen. It won't happen. Watching Sondland on tube now toasting the alt-Prez. Rethugs just frowning.
