Because he wasn’t consulted before hand. Assuming this pregnancy is true, there’s going to be ton load of legal issues that are going to come up.

Actually, he has ZERO right to tell her to "get rid of it." And if he wants a divorce then he's a hypocrite. If he doesn't have a basic understanding of where-babies-come-from then he clearly had no business agreeing to or even spurring the decision to go Black. This attitude that Black children in white wombs are an "it" stinks of racism.
