Nonsense. There have been no studies regarding long term use of chastity devices and there is little information regarding any problems related to them.
The only known issues are regarding proper sanitation and fitting of the devices as too tight can cause compression injuries, which are minor such as bruising and soreness.

It is possible that if this is left on for more than 4-6 hours, that it can cut off the circulation to the penis and cause erectile dysfunction and even damage to the penis. In this case, you certainly would be infertile. I don't recommend doing this.

Well if you're only wearing this temporarily, then it should not cause problems with fertility. But if you have any discoloration of your scrotum or penis or pain, you need to take it off right away. Hope this helps.

The only reason it causes infertility is because the semen isn't being delivered to the woman's vagina, but it does not cause the man to stop making sperm.
