This is a discussion for women or couples or black men who already have mix race children. Some questions to start off (feel free to answer any of them or just share)

How often do you get questions about if you adopted? How often do people react just neutrally or are supportive or judgy?
And for black men, how do you feel about white mothers/white couples facing racism in that case- feel sorry for them or secretly glad that they also go through it?
After you have one, is it "enough"? Does it make it easier to have second with white partner or harder? How would you deal with the questions about why 2+ mix *******?

I have 4, if anything, I got dirtier looks from black women more than anyone else. A few white guys would talk ******* behind my back, but not a lot. But mostly only when they were real little, all but one are in thier teens now, and my oldest is almost 20 so I think that time has passed. Black men were always super supportive, naturally, because I was obviously willing to mate with them, lol..

i've gotten a few of the adoption questions, but only from strangers. everyone who actually knows us knows.
also, when you see her mixed k!ds with HER smile on their faces...well, it also says much.
i know alyssa has gotten far fewer questions than me. i almost think its some kind of "polite" assumption.
also, alyssa tells me MANY of her friends were supportive...even if secretly. she also has said many seemed VERY curious as well.
...in fact, in the last few years, many have become openly curious. it suggests an interest in our minds.
