Brings back some memories. A black man was quite often literally taking his life in his hands back then crossing the IR line. It is good that IR is accepted as more main streamitsraylene ... I'm starting to get embarrassed over my own thread. I thought Iwould be the one to try carry this thing for a while, but you've just taken off with it. I hope you won't stop. I've been posting other stuff + trying to actually work a job and give family the right attention, but this thread really charges me up. I just don't think some of the people in blacktowhite really know the sacrifices/dangers of I/R in the pre-60s period.
I'll try to do better in helping on this thread, promise, but you have a gold mine of stuff. Thanks a million! Mac
Sometimes we just got lucky, however by the mid to late 60's the birth control pill was fairly common and a lot of women that were sexually active were on the pill. There were a good number of women that felt the best way to show they weren't prejudiced was to fuck a black man. Remember this was the time of the civil rights movement. I was only too happy to comply if a woman wanted to get fucked for any reason. The pill, I think was first available in 1960 (this was before I discovered sex) however in most places you had to be married for a woman to get a prescription until the mid 1960's, the were a lot of health issues like ******* clots that were serious issues that weren't resolved until the 1970's. Many of the women I fucked back then that weren't on the pill would douche' right after sex. I would withdraw just before cumming and she would make a dash for the bathroom. It must have worked or I was just lucky. When I think back on it it seems funny now. Many of these pre-70's IR pics show couples engaged in unprotected sex even though a IR pregnancy would have been devastating to both. For the black man, regardless if the sex was consenual or not, impregnating a white woman was "*******" and the only option for the man was to disappear. Think about it ... back then there were no birth control pills, or IUDs, just condoms, early withdrawal, and watching the ovulation cycles. If pregnancy occurred, it was almost certainly a quiet, quick trip to the abortion clinic or even a backroom abortion was made. If you notice, in NONE of these old pics do you see the black man using a condom.
