Oral bare but condoms required…

No your not losing it but that is the reality of itI don’t understand, some people require condoms, but will perform oral bare, or allow you to perform it on them bare…It’s backwards if you ask me… Someone, anyone help me understand please… or am i losing it.
Perhaps it is the idea that it is harder to transmit STD via oral vs genital sex! we won’t or don’t debate that, when you have multiply sex partners that is always a problem, for us testing, trust, and knowledge of our partners is what guides our sexual practices, with that said we know the risks and take them accordingly when have unprotected sex with others.
