Mocha Fest Cancun

We are looking into going to the Mocha Fest Cancun in October ‘19. We are curious though... has anyone attended the 2018 event? What are the demographics (black only, mixed couples, whites, Hispanics)? Is it all nude? Do they have playrooms, etc. Please share any comments or experiences.
