Kik Shutdown (Disregard!)

Apparently the Kik developers are closing down their app to focus more on crypto currency.

I can't even tell you how upset that makes me. The amount of action I got off of kik chats, kik groups was UNPARALLELED!

Good news is there are a few alternatives to use that work similar, using text chat AND photo, videos...

Apparently the Kik app was investigated by the FBI as being used for ******* exploitation. Guess they failed to mention THAT in their press releases :/

I moved my close friend group to Telegram
the issue with most chat apps on ur phone is that they are not secure at all.
Kik did not require a phone number set up
the other apps do
any app that uses Facebook for login, is COMPLETELY unsecure, be aware of that.
That means if you work in any public related industry, your App messages can be used to disgrace you publicly.
We do not live in an open society, we live in an oppressive Puritan society.
Be careful folks.
