Just make sure the ring size is correct and the cage is short and snug.
I get that you have a smaller penis, and perhaps the angle doesn't really give a true sense, but the way you're bunched up in there it looks frightfully, maybe dangerously restrictive, like it might not only thwart an erection (what you want it to do!!) but even cut off circulation in a flaccid state. I DON'T think you want that.
I'm pretty small and slender myself. I could fit that at my smallest I'd bet -- for sure my head would fit that enclosure --but I think it would take some cramming to get everything in shaft-wise.
