Why was the Russian-speaking forum deleted?

did you miss the 20,000 Ukrainian children kidnapped to be raised in Russian schools and in Russian homes?
Did you miss the fact that they were actually evacuated because the children were in regions that Ukraine had been shelling for 8 years? Did you miss the video of Ukrainian ex-President state that our children will go to kindergarten while their children (the ones they were shelling in Donbas and Lugansk) will cower in bomb shelters? So they were evacuated, from a war zone, from a place where many of their parents had been killed, from a place that the Ukrainians continue to shell from Avdeeka every day. Pro-Tip... do not believe what you hear in main stream media. There is about a 75% chance it is fake.

pro-tip: if you believe the RT narrative that the IRA pays TikTok influencers to parrot, you might miss such blindingly obvious facts such as kidnapping 20,000 children with no attempt to reach any of their families, and giving them new names and new families and telling them they're Russian now, is genocidal.

It's so much genocide that Putin is now has a warrant out for his arrest with the ICC because of these exact genocidal war crimes

Ok, so should children be removed from areas that are being shelled or not? Simple question. This leaves out any of the usual propaganda arguments, just simply, should they be evacuated to safer areas if they are living in areas actively being shelled?

Russia shouldn't be invading or occupying in the first place.

If Russia decides out of the goodness of their heart that they want to do some humanitarian aid for the Ukrainians whose destruction they're responsible for, they can call up the Red Cross or any number of international organizations or NGOs to coordinate an evacuation. That's a better, less genocidal, less evil solution than just grabbing every kid you can find and bussing them into Russia with no attempt to find their families.

Well, they did. That's another argument. But since 2014, Donbas and Lugansk have been shelled by the Western Ukrainians. When Russia annexed the regions, it became legal for the children to be moved to safer areas of Russia. It was voluntary. I have relatives living there, I know the situation very well. The parents moved their children, just like the English did with children from major cities during WWII, into foster situations. These people in these regions would absolutely NOT have western NGO's take their children to territories they consider hostile (i.e. Poland, EU, Western Ukraine, Romanina, UK, etc...) These are Russian people, living in Russia, who sent their children east while the "good guys" were lobbing shells at them.

Bull. _Shit.

In the present report, submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 49/1, the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine outlines the main findings since the outset of its mandate. The body of evidence collected shows that Russian authorities have committed a wide range of violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law in many regions of Ukraine and in the Russian Federation. Many of these amount to war crimes and include wilful killings, attacks on civilians, unlawful confinement, _torture, _rape, and _forced transfers and deportations of children.

As Russian armed forces took control of localities in Ukraine and undertook house- to-house searches to find people who had supported the Ukrainian armed forces (see para. 51), in some instances, soldiers committed rapes and sexual violence as they broke into the victims’ houses. The Commission has documented such violations in Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Kyiv regions, with a majority in Kyiv region, mainly during the first two months of the armed conflict. Most victims were women alone at home.

Rapes were committed at gunpoint, with extreme _brutality and with acts of _torture, such as beatings and strangling. Perpetrators at times threatened to _kill the victim or her family, if she resisted. In some cases, more than one soldier _raped the same victim, or _rape of the same victim was committed several times. In one incident, the victim was pregnant and begged, in vain, the soldiers to spare her; she had a miscarriage a few days later. Perpetrators also, in some instances, executed or tortured husbands and other male relatives. Family members, including children, were sometimes _forced to watch perpetrators _rape their loved ones.

Russian officials have taken legal and policy measures regarding Ukrainian children transferred to the Russian Federation. These include the granting of Russian citizenship and the placement of children in foster families, which appears to create a framework in which some of the children may end up remaining permanently in the Russian Federation. In this regard, in May 2022, President Putin signed a decree facilitating applications for Russian citizenship for some categories of children.55 In a media interview in July 2022, Ms. Lvova-Belova, Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights, declared that "now that the children have become Russian citizens, temporary guardianship can become permanent”.

International humanitarian law prohibits the evacuation of children by a party to the armed conflict, with the exception of a temporary evacuation where compelling reasons relating to the health or medical treatment of the children or, except in occupied territory, their safety, so requires. The written consent of parents or legal guardians is required.57 In none of the situations which the Commission has examined, transfers of children appear to have satisfied the requirements set forth by international humanitarian law. The transfers were not justified by safety or medical reasons. There seems to be no indication that it was impossible to allow the children to relocate to territory under Ukrainian Government control. It also does not appear that Russian authorities sought to establish contact with the children’s relatives or with Ukrainian authorities.

Parents or children told the Commission that during the children’s stay in the Russian Federation or in Russian-controlled areas in Ukraine, on some occasions, social services told the children that they would be placed in institutions, accommodated in foster families, or be adopted. Parents also told the Commission that in some places of transfer children wore dirty clothes, were screamed at, and called names. Meals were poor and some children with disabilities did not receive adequate care and medication. Children expressed a profound fear of being permanently separated from parents, guardians, or relatives.

So the rationale on this report as it relates to children is that Russia is moving children out of an occupied region. Well, it is not occupied according to the Russians including the people who live in the region who voted to become a part of Russia. So could they perhaps be biased in favor of the western policies on the region? This is where you have to use critical thinking because you are not going to avoid the fact that everything you see will be biased in favor of one side or another. Supposing the Russians wanted to steal children from Ukraine for one moment. Why only take the ones in Donbas and Lugansk? Why not also take the children from Mariopul instead of rebuilding their schools and leaving them their with their parents? Serious question.

You're debating with someone who thinks the Russians are actually fighting Nazis.
This is a brainwashing of a native Russian. There is no logic or facts this person will accept unless it fits the narrative they've been spoonfed.
Russia was removing the c/hildren to safety? 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Those k/ids and other people would not be in danger, if Russia gets the fuck out of Ukraine. No Russia, no war.
This guy wants to give Putin the Nobel Peace Prize.

So lets get this straight, you do NOT think that right sector and svboda are Nazis? Is this what you are saying? Yes or no?

Yes, let's get it straight.
The Svboda political party did recruit many skinheads and neo nazis in the 90s.
Through ongoing scrutiny and sanctions, they distanced themselves from the avowed neo-nazis but sustained the far right ultranationalist and ethnic views. Not very different than our own right wing here in the US.
Their numbers have drop from them getting 10% of vote back in 2000s, to less than electoral threshold by 2014.

So yes, it's bullshit that there are nazis fighting the Russians - and if they were, that would be Ukraine's problem until the government ask for help.

Ha! Brics is a group of wannabes. Brazil, China, South Africa, India and Russia. What's your point?
Wannabes? Sorry you have to be an adult to use this website.
This isn't a pop band or an argument among ******* in high school about who is cooler or more 'real'.

  • China is the second largest economy in the world. It would have already been #1 but Trump took office and slowed that down a bit. So the USA is still #1 for now.
  • Russia economically isn't threatening to most of the G7 countries but it's a nuclear super power. Most of the west boycotted Russia and they were able to continue on without issue, while fighting an army that's propped up entirely by the west. And Russia is still gaining land/territory some how. Crazy and sad.
  • India is the fifth largest economy in the world and likely soon to be fourth or even third soon enough.
  • South Africa is a joke, I'll give you that, but most of Africa is a joke because of corruption and incompetence. Demographics explains why.
  • Brazil is one of the largest economies in the world, largest in South America.

All aside from South Africa are hardly wannabees. Time to rethink your statement.

This is the only economy of consequence.
I don't know what you're talking about because it was the pandemic that lasted much longer and more severe in China that threw a monkey wrench in their economy and job markets.
Trump did nothing but cost us billions in his half-assed trade war with China.
Name one US benefit from it.

Whats this?

Who is this?

BTW, is this below the commander of the armed forces of Ukraine? Why yes it is... Recognize anything in here? This is not just some skinheads in the army as you might find anywhere around the world, this is the head honcho of the entire army. I am not going to say this is a war over the Nazis in Ukraine, this is a war over NATO end of story, but to say there are no Nazis fighting the Russians is just ridiculous. The US congress in 2015 had a vote recognizing the extremism in Ukraine and banned funding to these guys, AZOV, who are pervasive all over the AFU. Yes they accounted for 10 percent in 2014 of the political power (in a country with many parties 10% is not exactly fringe, seeing the need for coalition governments run in Germany, France with under 30%). Even with limited political power, it was SVBODA and Right Sector that basically started the Maidan coup in 2014, and to this day make up a large percentage of the SBU and other security services in Ukraine.

A truer measure of the countries you mentioned is the per capita GNP. The US and EU are magnitudes ahead of China and India. Even more so if you include Canada in with the US.
