White girls can't dance?

I've chatted with several lovely white ladies on this site. When I ask them if they can hold their own on the dance floor (modern black music) most of them confess, "I can't dance." White ladies, can you dance?

I'm a zumba pro but it was a steep learning curve..

One of my partners once told me "black people dance to rhythm, white people dance to lyrics" and damn if that isn't true AF lol

Maybe. Perhaps it's more true what a friend told me: White people hear the music. Black people feel the music.
