Yea it matters but the woman as a whole package that's attractive or not.

Depends on the Woman. But fewer faces look good with blond hair. On the other hand a darker hair color suits almost every Woman well. That's where the saying "Once you go black..." truly originated. But i like natural blondes, gingers and brunettes without difference - Women where their hair color naturally suits their face and style.
