One of my boyfriends wants me to get a tattoo, he's going to pay, but he wants to choose it and where it goes. He wants me to wear a blindfold so I will only see it once it's complete. Should I do it?

My husband and I have matching tattoos. We chose the design and placement together so that it has meaning to both of us. It's a tired cliché but I was on board because I knew when I met him he was my forever person.

I take my fwb's opinions and preferences into account as far as our time together but I would never make any permanent, or even semi permanent alterations to my body for them. Especially without having a say, let alone any knowledge, in what it is. Hard pass.
