Unfortunately, most of the people on contact sites are really not there to meet anyone for real. It's a fantasy. They get off by email and posting fantasies. I stopped going out of my way to meet someone a long time ago. We usually meet at swing clubs. That are several reasons for that. The person you are planning to meet has to have the courage to walk in the door. That eliminates those with a fantasy, but no real idea of what they are doing. If they don't show up which most don't or if it doesn't work out, then there are other potential playmates for both of us. If it does work out then there is a place for us to play. We don't have to go anywhere. Unfortunately, I believe this is just a reality in our cyber world.

If it were a legit date I would have stuck around because you're trying to build a relationship. BUT when it's about sex and its our first meetup so I can personally check you out before I give you access to my body or my home I get very critical of everything u do (or dont) - that meet up in public is the only chance I have to protect myself from bad ppl who use the internet to do bad things. Like you (and like all of us in the lifestyle for a long time), I've been stood up a lot over the years. If my black date calls (or even texts) ahead of time to say he is running late, I'm super-patient. If he calls or texts already way late, like what you just explained, I'm not very patient. It sounds like you felt the same way. Being late happens, but someone is aware they are late or will be, and it only takes a few seconds to let someone know that fact. So, like you did, I dawdle a little bit, then I'm done. I refuse to wait an hour, that it my hard limit. If a man is beyond that (or beyond how long I dawdle to allow for life interruptions), or if he is a no-call/no-show, I will never agree to meet with him again.

In my book, the message is quite clear: "You are not important enough for me to make the effort to be respectful to you, by planning my day to be on time, or let you know that I am running behind." That's just rude, to me. For my part, I am always on time for dates, do my very best to be pretty (shaved pussy, nice clothes, wear my makeup and perfume right, make sure my hair is nice) because it send the message that I am showing my black man he is important enough for me to respectful and sexy to him.
