I think there is some truth to it. Has anyone seen Asian porn from Japan or Korea? It is very clear that they have smaller packages than white guys and black guys on average. I don't think anyone would dispute this. They even have smaller condoms over there. Why would white and black be any different? I think it is kind of like a bell curve. I think there are more hung black guys out of a sample size than there are white guys. I've seen replies from experienced swingers that say it's easier to find a hung black guy than it is to find a white one. Also, there are bigger, more ripped black guys than there are white guys than there are Asian guys (again out of a sample size).
