There seems to be a recent study about penis size and heritage groups in the U.S. that was cited in an article by Lehmuller (not sure about the spelling). That study looked into three groups, men with "Black", "white" and "South Asian" origins and concludes that there are size differences between those groups. However they came out rather close - Black men have only about 1/4 inch larger penises than whites on average; "South Asian" men came out smallest with a greater difference (that i can't recall exactly). This seems to be the most accurate we can find out there as prior studies were either based on different data sources that had been combined or were self-measured. In this study measurements have been conducted by medical science experts, why i believe it's the last word on this topic until today.
