Penis sleeve for hubby?!

Just found out that there is something called penis sleeve…It’s is somewhat like a penis enlarger, looks like a big dildo that is empty inside. My question ist, if someone has experience with this item? How does it feel? Is it maybe a good start to get the wife interested in bigger dicks? We tried one a few years ago and didn’t like it, it was very stiff. We haven’t used it since. It was made with ABS plastic so that could explain why. I guess if you could find one that’s made out of a soft material like jelly rubber it shouldn’t be so bad
