Married woman in an IR marriage will have had sex with a black man. So right there is the minimum number. Then you add in the single woman who have been blacked. And you get a rough estimate.
And that number is small. It would take A LOT of single woman to make a difference.
Thus saying 1% or less is a valid number.

Another twist to this question I would to know is what influence interracial pornography has had on the sexual habits & ways on both the European & US females of reproductive age in the last twenty years. Since the advent of internet, there’s been an explosion of interracial pornography! I agree, I live in Paris, France. There’s many Africans living in Paris. Many are recent migrants from Africa. Often, short, small, skinny, bad teeth, bad hair style, - good looking African men is few and far between, but they at least score easily both black and white women.
