No, not all black man are bigger but if size is the only thing you're after than hit the toy store and let your imagination and pocket book go wild.

Just as with everything black men are a preference to people as well as the type of sex you enjoy, flavor of foods, etc. I have seen some white men that are of good size and some black men of normal and small size as well. I have had better luck with larger sizes in black men but that has been my experience and I am sure everyone has their own.
