So this is my first post on this site. Over a couple bottles of wine my hub and I discussed some of the topics on here including this one. I think there’s actually some validity to lots of points even if they seem to contradict. However everything I’ve read and my experience tells me this. Yes I think our bodies do adjust to what we have coming to us. Whether it’s by getting wetter or expanding or both it does make a change.
