1) Right about now, talk to your wife about what she wants to wear for her big evening. Then this weekend, go out and buy it (or at least accessories (i.e. new shoes, handbag, etc). While doing so, encourage the both of you to talk about what she's buying and how she will feel it will enhance the experience ("Yes hon, I know I have a black purse, but this one is small, and I don't need to take much). Innocent appearing statements like that keeps the juices flowing.

2) Will condoms be used? If so, go with her to the ******* store or supermarket together, have her select the condoms. Tell her that they are for her use, not hers. Extra points if you make her buy them!

3) Does she shave? If so, offer to shave her just before leaving to meet him (or his arrival at your home). Trust me, if you're anything like us, your mind goes wild when my hubby shaves me!

So, you have a few suggestions... But this is what we do... Please note, in our case, the shopping is eliminated as we've been active for a while and don't need to buy anything and we don't use condoms.

The day or two before we're to meet (always at a hotel) I get my hair done. That kind of sets the stage and my brain starts going into overdrive!

The day of, we go out to lunch together, but you can feel the tension - good tension, but tension nonetheless.
