TO ME THE ANSWER IS NO
Can a man be both straight and gay/bi? I look forward to hearing feedback and supporting your answer.

Strictly read, I'd say no. You like hetero sex, you like homo sex, or you like both. They're three different states, and you can be only one. At a time, at least; it can change over time.
Slightly more nuanced, it's kind of a continuum, and a person can be anywhere along it... but depending where you mark boundaries determines where you and. Someone who is equally into both sexes is clearly bi, someone who likes only one is either homo or hetero, but where do the boundaries of 'bi' land? 90-10? 80-20? 70-30?
All that said, I contend that it is possible for someone straight to perform homosexual acts without being gay or bi, or for someone gay to perform heterosexual acts without being straight or bi. Leaving out the question of ******* (not really a question; being raped is nothing to do with the victim's orientation), it's not even that uncommon that a gay person might have hetero sex for the sake of having *******. They perhaps tolerate it rather than enjoy it (or who knows, might even find it feels good but not so much they care to repeat it for fun).
FOOLERY
It seems to this admittedly dumb, inferior white-boi that, SOMEHOW (& i'll leave those details up to my MUCH smarter Superiors), a term OTHER than gay, bi or pan, that does NOT have the stigma that some, especially Alpha, males (of all colors, but especially Black, aa the most Alpha) feel associated with it. i've heard it said, and i agree, that a Black Man fucking of being sucked by a white-boi is NOT gay, because a white-boi is not truly a Man. Sites like this could also help by expanding their "Looking For" or "Want to Meet" options. i THINK (please pardon me for not double-checking) this site's choices are the basic Women, Men, Couples &, perhaps, Trans. A Black Man might be "looking for" a white-boi to use, but NOT for men in general. All of this makes it extremely difficult for a white-boi searching for a Black Man to worship/serve/please & be used by VERY difficult. (Ademdum: Any Black Men, in Wisconsin, falling under that last description, PLEASE contact me!)
In order for that statement to stand, then would not "any willing participant in a heterosexual act" likewise land you in the heterosexual category?
You can argue over definitions, but is seems to me that one person can obviously be in both categories. I for one would absolutely consider myself in the heterosexual category, however my first sexual experiences were with my female cousins.
