I've been stationed in Hawaii, S Korea, and Japan. The problems I had was high maintenance black women on the base. many asian woman I met and dated in Hawaii alone liked me for me and weren't gold diggers such as, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese. Stationed in S Korea I began then dating Korean women, and dating Japanese women after being station in Japan. Ended up marrying a S. Korean woman. Women near the bases expect to be hit on by military men whereas away from the bases I believe it gets harder. Befriend an asian man and have him set you up. That would be my second approach.
