Dead giveaway for a fake:

Profile lists Gender as "Couple." Then, this type of user posts somewhere in the forum in response to an image of a BBC, "I'd love to see you with my wife!" Or this "couple" will post a pic of the wife/gf with the caption, "What would you do to her?" Another obvious tip of the hand is "How do I get her to try this?"

They're not so much fake as just the husband or bf alone fantasizing. You can just bet that the woman has no idea, and very likely would not approve.
