i can see two different approaches here...
(A) would be more subtly in the field of T&D (tease and denial) play. You limit the number of available condoms per month. Say, a ten- or twelve-pack. Then tease the $hit out of hubby early each month so he will constantly be tempted to use up the contingent.
Say, using all condoms within the first week of the month would mean a phase of hot and more frequent sex, but also that hubby will have to remain outside his wife's body for the rest of the remaining three plus weeks of that month. (B) would be more of a FinDom/Slutwife approach. (i don't believe that i would ever do that, but for those who find it arousing, i guess it could be a hot variant of play?
