Yeah, I don't mean it in a bad way, I just don't understand it. If you grew up in a largely black area, I get it. But recently I saw some Scandinavian hip hop model on instagram talking like that. It just blows my mind sometimes.

I don't get it either. I knew girls who started talking like that one year out of the blue. There's plenty of ways to attract guys without being fake.
