Make up is different, plastic surgery makes most people more unattractive in my opinion. You can wipe off some shitty eyeshadow but you can't wipe off migrating fillers or deflated lips lol
Ehh I guess it depends how good of a job they did lol because it can look very good
It can at first but fillers, implants and injections degrade and eventually need replacing so once you start fucking with your face you can never really stop. Eventually they all end up looking the exact same.

I have a surgeon friend and he's said the only thing he would personally have done to his face is a bit of Botox. Other than that, you're on a slippery slope.

There are plenty of other reasons for not showing one’s face or unique physical features here besides how good one THINKS they may (or may not) look (some people have a mighty high opinion of themselves). Career, family, friends, reputation . . . whether you look like a stud or Count Blacula . . . all of those things can be lost in a flash if you aren’t circumspect. Discretion truly is the better part of valor . . . and an essential part of swinging if you want to keep other important aspects of your life intact. That’s just the reality of it all.
