If an employer can't hire and fire whoever he wishes to, that in reality is a crime. Government intervention attempting to dig deep into an employer's business is wrong because f-orcing anyone that owns a business big or small is wrong. Not being allowed to employ anyone of their choosing goes beyond both common sense and wisdom. To be successful a contract between an employer and any employee must be agreed upon between them both.

This has me rethinking calling myself a conservative, I have been saying that I am not a Republican or a Democrat and that is definitely true, I can't completely call myself a modern day constitutionalist because the government added amendments and some are just wrong. I am an Independent that holds to Holy Scripture first the Original Constitution Second, far from perfectly on both I admit.
Democrats and Republicans are enemies of the Constitution, and that our current government is about as far removed from the Constitution as it could ever be.
The Constitution is not a libertarian document. However, if the government would just follow its own Constitution, we would certainly be much better off than we are now. There would be no welfare, no d-rug war, no TSA, no ATF, no Social Security, no Medicare, no Medicaid, no federal laboratories, no farm subsidies, no foreign aid, no Pell grants, no federal restrictions on home brewing of beer, and no Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, and Homeland Security.
On the other side of the spectrum, we have people and groups who claim that the Constitution provides the right to engage in some activity or use a product or service—like the supposed constitutional rights to abortion, birth control, pornography, sodomy, welfare, health care, and same-sex marriage—or proscribes, by virtue of the fact that it doesn’t provide it, the right to undertake some action, like discrimination.
That the Constitution doesn’t allow businesses to discriminate is the latest nonsense that is being said about the Constitution.

I will give you an example of what i personally saw.....
owner just got back from a 2 week vac.........walks in pissed that there was a piece of trash in the front......fired the first person he saw because that guy had to walk past it coming in to work......so did everyone else....but that guy got fired over it.....he sent everyone else out to walk around and pick up trash....bad mood cost that guy his livelyhood and means of supporting a family.......his biz and etc....but id he is so bad tempered and lacks ability to deal with others he belongs in the trump camp....not running a biz where 30 or so people depend on him for a paycheck
and on the bright side the owner died before reaching the age of 60....guess what goes around comes around.....couldn't happen to a more deserving guy
