We have been in Cape Verde in 2021 just after COVID restrictions were down. We've stood in Riu Palace Santa Maria for 2 weeks on Sal.

Don't know any other interrecial sex destinations but Cape Verde is great. The country is extremely safe. You can basically go mostly everywhere by your own and no1 will try to do anything hostile towards you.

Comparing to other African countries CV got really low rate of HIV and other STD so it's really promising destination for sex tourism.
