What i dont understand by all these liberals who supported Biden is why you disagree with the border wall so much, what is your plan then? Right you dont have one as shown by Biden and the disaster at the border currently. The wall may not be perfect but it stops a lot of migrants. We cant fix Mexico or Honduras or any other country where their people are fleeing in droves but we can limit the amount trying to sneak into the country and its called a secure walled southern border. The problem is not going away but Biden is making it so much worse.

You Rightards complained about Biden's covid-19 strategy when he was starting it up ... don't hear a lot of complaining now, do you? People are currently being held at the border now, not being chased all over the country because they sneaked in.
Step one is to identify the problem without the emotional scare tactics.
1. What's happening at the border that is an unusual cause for concern?
2. What are the factors behind it?
3. How do you mitigate those factors to address question number one?
Violence out of control that their own government's army can't control- like the cartels, is reason for people to risk life and limb to get away safely. Mexico takes on a huge percentage of asylum seekers too but, thir cartels are borderline.
The United States should go to the UN, with the host countries in agreement, declare the Humanitarian issue, build a coalition of nations, go in and ******* out the cartels, from the heads to the street gangs, burn the product, set up peacekeeping forces and rebuild the economies of Central America. The billions we invest there, will save billions here. The world's ******* supply will be hit hard, and billionaires will be pissed, and the street price for that ******* will skyrocket- meaning less addiction here too.
But, that's too much thinking for most Americans. So, they'll build a wall, and people like me would say- 'you can't build a wall through hundreds of miles of rivers, mountains, and bad soil', and 'people already dig elaborate tunnels, a wall will just signal where to dig'. And you will say 'liberals want illegal immigration because they vote for Democrats'. And, nothing will happen.

The questioning of Democracy began in earnest with the loss of the 2000 election and Bush being appointed by the Supreme Court.

The demographics of California scared the ******* out of them too. Immigration became a big deal suddenly.
So, they started to talk up us being a Republic (knowing most of their listeners won't know it's still a type of Democracy).
They used redistricting to draw the line to keep the Democrats, not just minorities, in as few districts as possible.
Now there are taking over the electoral system beyond the Secretary of State offices they ran for in 2000, 2002, and 2003.
It's about the oversight boards and judges.
The second part of their evil moves against democracy, is the voter suppression tactics in the name of 'election integrity'. Assholes.
They cannot win in a system that allows all legal citizens access to voting. Period.
So they must make it harder, inconvenient, and even suspect when it suits them.
The want fewer Americans voting, and less direct accountability to the remaining voters.
No accountability for their action at all and their only valued responsibility is remaining in power.
