Quick Question, Help if possible

Hey all I’m sorta new.

And I been trying to figure out how to attach photos to a PM on here.

Because the attach file doesn’t appear when in a conversation with someone aka a DM.

Do you have to be a gold member or something for the attach files to appear like in a public post?
