A lot of faked QoS Ladies in this thread, unfortunately. Of course that's okay too because the OP said so and it's in the title.
But i really prefer to see more real commited proud Queens to arbitrary Women with poorly faked tattoos or clothing. More verified female members of this site would be even better.

I've never been one who thinks much of having tattoos but I will admit I have thought about getting a small QOS on my inner thigh, very close to the top that could only be seen if my thighs are spread. However, the thought of spreading my thighs for some tattoo artist to do it is not very appealing...

Don't do anything if it's not you. You'll always regret "following the crowd". Initial gut instinct is usually the best. FWIW. Best wishes.

At present my wife has one one black "Friend". He's a man she works with so they get together often. I found a place (Internet) where temporary QOS tats are sold. After use, they are washed off. He knows that they are temporary, but it still really turns him on. Turns us on as well.
