Just had this debate with a friend. Not a real situation yet but it's possible it will happen at a party next weekend.

Here's the situation:

You attend a lifestyle party and at the party you see someone you know. That person is currently dating your vanilla ex. Your vanilla ex believes the relationship to be monogamous but now you know it isn't. Your vanilla ex has no clue you are active in the lifestyle.

Lifestyle parties are for adults ... tattletales are not acting like adults. If she's my X its because we, or her, or I decided to make it that way ... thus I should enjoy the party and butt out of theirs.

(I am glad my lifestyle precludes being in such a position of divided loyalties.)
